Where can I find authorized plans and building permits for a building?
The authorized building plan and building permit are in the land register if your building is titled and updated. On request, please quote the title number. If not, you can obtain these documents from the municipality responsible for your property, by request to the relevant department, quoting the date or number of the authorization.
Sometimes you don't have the exact date of construction or the authorization, which makes it trickier for the authorities to search, since they are archived by authorization number.
